Ristorante A Mangiare

Our story

The restaurant "A Mangiare" is a historical one, located in an art-nouveau-style building at the ancient gates of the town.

The cuisine is inspired by tradition but does not fail to deliver more creative proposals, paying attention to the seasonality of products, thanks to the chef and owner Olatz Agoues.

Donati Donatella, professional sommmelier and owner of the restaurant, takes care of the wine list, which is comprehensive and with highly-selected labels.

Among the services offered, it is possible to park in front of the restaurant and to pay by credit card (except Diners cards).

The restaurant is animal friendly as long as the pet belongs to a small breed.

The restaurant "A Mangiare" is directly involved in the events promoted by the city administration of Reggio Emilia.
As a matter of fact it takes part to the exhibition "European Photography"as an exhibitor, and it is also part of the "GuSTaRe": the association that makes the most of local restaurants and products.

We are also member of the project "City of the hundred languages", where a particular attention is paid to the reception of children with a special menu and facilities for them.
