In my opinion
"An experience to try, suitable for the chosen few, discovered by chance, this restaurant is indeed a pearl in the heart of Reggio Emilia. I wrote that it is for few, because we are today accustomed to a rough, rushed and over-fatty food service. The refinement of the dishes made by the Basque lady chef is really to try and try again. Some people complain about the slow service, but the fact that it is mentioned in the "Slow food" guide-books justifies the wait that I consider reasonable. The service is excellent, attentive but calm, and above all the personnel is a real conoisseur of the dishes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to find something more then the usual restaurant." - source

"A Mangiare is one of the most beautiful and cosy restaurants of Reggio Emilia" - source
